Quick update on the limoncello front. We’re a few weeks in. I boiled up some sugar syrup and added that, plus the remainder of the vodka to the original mixture. Another 8 days and we’ll be ready. I can’t wait. This will be a nice, refreshing reminder that summer is not all that far behind
