Recipe: Seared Scallops with Cauliflower Puree

Mashed veggies...

What are your thoughts on mashed veggies?  From my standpoint, any veggie cooked and mashed is great.  Beyond potatoes, I have to say that my favorite is mashed cauliflower.

 

Have you ever had mashed cauliflower?  This is a great substitute for mashed potatoes.  The texture is close, the color is the same.
