I've invited the family to ours this xmas for a traditional dinner, so the roast is pretty important! I found a bunch of recipes at this roast recipe site, but cant seem to decide on one in particular - there's so many to choose from! It is fun planning such a big family meal though!

The "little computer repair" turned out to be several hours. Unfortunately, I couldn't resolve the situation on my own. Felt bad. The pizza was great. I brought a bottle of wine along and my aunt and I took care of it in a few hours (Rex & Goliath Merlot from World Market). Hope their computer is salvagable!

A few additional notes. This meal works great in your lunch box. I skipped the lettuce and just had the potato, bean, and tuna salad. Very good. If I make this again, I would add a bit more vinegar right after the potatoes come out of the boiling water. Though flavorful, I'd have liked a bit more punch.
