Everyone needs a quick pick-me-up meal for a weeknight. This is definitely one of those. The ginger, garlic, and Sriracha sauce brighten up this dish. The steak and shiitake mushrooms are a wonderful combination. I bought twice as much meat as needed. The remaining beef is sitting in my freezer, pre-sliced and waiting for a launch into another quick, mid-week meal.
