Try this salad for a fast weeknight meal. The biggest thing you’ll do here in terms of cooking is drop some butter in the microwave for a few seconds. The flavors are great. Be sure to get good quality tuna packed in oil. Drain it well and you’ll be fine. If you’re still nervous, cut some of the olive oil in the recipe…but don’t skimp on the quality tuna!
