After a day of yard- and house-work, I didn’t want to make anything too strenuous. With a set of meals planned for the next week, this quick meal would be perfect for a weeknight family meal. As garlic can be quite strong in raw form, I would recommend using less for your more sensitive eaters or going off the path and roast the garlic first. The sauce won’t provide as much of a punch…but will allow everyone to enjoy the meal. I plan on using the leftover chicken (mixed with sauce) on top of a bed of greens with tahini for lunch today. I think a bit of olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice will finish off the salad nicely!
