Last weekend, we stopped at one of our favorite Indian restaurants in Milwaukee, Tandoor. We love to go at lunch time and try a variety of dishes on their buffet. It’s a great way to familiarize yourself with Indian cuisine as you don’t have to commit to a single dish and risk not liking it. (Though, I haven’t had anything I didn’t like yet!!!)
Earlier in the week, we had tandoori-style chicken at home. This is the result of my vindaloo paste search and was definitely a tasty meal. I substituted boneless, skinless chicken thighs. They still held up to the high-heat cooking and were very easy to eat and reheat. As with my chicken curry saute, we enjoyed the tandoori chicken over basmati rice.
