Great Lakes Foodie

It’s been a while

It’s been a while since my last posting.  With a number of new projects at work, it’s been hard to keep up with my love of cooking.  I’ve been still making great food and avoiding processed foods as much as possible.  Tonight, I made a pad thai with shrimp.  I’ve also started a tomato sauce to braise a braciole for weeknight meals this week.

I hope to have an update on the braciole recipe in the next day or so.  Additionally, I’ve been saving pictures of my 2010 vegetable gardening progress to share with you.  Talk to you soon.
