The weekend is finally here. I’m not sure how your week has gone but mine has been a trial, that’s for sure. 12 hour days Monday through Wednesday left me numb and wondering why I do what I do. By Friday, if I have a week like this, I always come back to the reality that I love my job. What more could a foodie want than work in a food industry!!! Earlier in the week, I made a beef stir fry with broccoli and red pepper. It was pretty good…but got better with my usual suspect: sriracha sauce! We’ll be having that tonight again. As the Lenten season is nearing, I need to get in as many beef, chicken, pork meals on Fridays as I can. Though it’s a brief period of time, it feels like an eternity of fish, eggs, and meatless pastas!!! Off to work. Have a great Friday and even better weekend. Cook something!!!
