As how most busy households are, we didn't stick to this plan entirely. This week, Dale was out of town on Monday night. I wound up having leftover roast chicken for dinner. We continued on the week with our risotto and stroganoff and wound up having some great leftover lunches to take to work! We'll make the cod cakes in the future.
