Palms Bistro & Bar - Milwaukee

Today is my birthday.  No, don't wish me a happy birthday…not looking for well wishes.  (Not looking for boos either…)  We celebrated my birthday last Friday evening.  We tried a restaurant in the third ward area of Milwaukee called the Palms Bistro & Bar.

Saurbraten – 24 hours

German - Sauerbraten.

We're now 24 hours in.  The beef has turned a beautiful maroon color.  The wine, garlic, pepper, juniper goodness is starting to permeate the meat inside out.  Flipped once this morning.  Can't wait to say hello and flip again in the morning.  See you soon saurbraten…
