Limoncello - The final installment

So I’ve been talking up and waiting…and waiting…and not waiting so well.  I broke down and stopped the steeping so that we can enjoy the limoncello.  A full 1.75 liter bottle and a few extra cups, I think I’ve got enough for a year.  Dale and I had a sipping glass of the liqueur last night and love it as always.  Now for the next search…what recipes can we make with our great elixir????  Stay tuned…
