		<description>Another great butternut squash recipe under my belt.  We tried the Penne with Roasted Butternut Squash and Ham tonight.  Excellent recipe.  Great flavors:  Sweet squash, smoky/salty ham, creamy sauce.  The only thing I might do to add a bit to the presentation and add a bit more flavor would be to fry up some fresh sage and crumble on top of the dish.  I love sage with butternut squash and think this would have further perked up this great dish.</description>
